The ISLE Piece of Mind Policy (limited Information collected)
Any of the ISLE SeaLand Sites have no real need for most of these standardized website statements as we do not use tracking cookies, collect your payment information (This is collected by Trusted third party payment systems such as PayPal or other quality assurance payment processing sites) and all we get is your basics, name, address where to ship, amount paid for verification purpose. We also have never implemented visitor uploads or need for site accounts, and we don’t rent, lease, sell or otherwise distribute even any of the most basic information you may provide us with or receive from you in the way of Emailing us or Requesting occasional updates (Subscribe). All of this is used Only by us to fulfill your order request and/or for contact and communicate back with you updates or other, so none of the more stringent or sensitive privacy terms regarding what information we collect from you and what we do with it even apply. As all of our previous customers can validate the fact that we rarely even send out any newsletter or updates unless appropriate, which is far different that that of how other sites operate. In other words we only use the necessary details you care to provide us with in order to contact you or send you an occasional update notice and we don’t hammer you with constant solicitations like others do. So what is simply listed here is the basic Copyright and Shipping notices.

Shipping Policy
The ISLE SeaLand Kits are Personalized so we do put special attention on that to process them and we ship almost entirely by USPS and/or Priority Mail. While we state to please allow from 1 to 2 weeks for Shipping we usually try to get your product out to you as soon as possible, usually within 5-7 business days. Please allow a little extra time during the Holiday Seasons. Thank You!

Return Policy
As the ISLE Claim Deed Kits are all Customized and Personalized with individual Reference numbers and Signed, so it’s difficult for us to do returns as I’m sure you can understand, but if you care to purchase any other product(s) we may list on our site from time to time and you wish to return you can do so within 14 days of delivery, just please package entire contents as they came to you and ship back to us. We will refund the cost of the product less any applicable shipping charges.
